1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Bipazi's automotive repair services, whether in person, by phone, or through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Bipazi. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Service Description

Bipazi provides professional automotive repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • General vehicle maintenance and servicing
  • Engine diagnostics and repairs
  • Brake system repairs and replacements
  • Transmission services
  • Electrical system diagnostics and repairs
  • Body work and paint services
  • Tire services and wheel alignment
  • Air conditioning and heating system repairs

All services are performed by qualified technicians using industry-standard equipment and practices. We strive to provide accurate estimates and timely service completion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates for repair services based on initial vehicle inspection and diagnostic results. All estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed final prices. Additional work may be required once repairs commence, and we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.

Important: Prices are subject to change based on parts availability, labor requirements, and unforeseen complications discovered during repair work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Bipazi, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about your vehicle's condition, history, and any known issues
  2. Authorize all repairs and services before work commences
  3. Make payment in full upon completion of services
  4. Collect your vehicle within a reasonable timeframe after notification of completion
  5. Maintain adequate insurance coverage on your vehicle while in our possession
  6. Remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Bipazi stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a warranty on parts and labor as follows:

  • Labor Warranty: 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first
  • Parts Warranty: As specified by the manufacturer or supplier

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications made after our service. To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow recommended maintenance schedules and use your vehicle in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle and provide quality service, Bipazi shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage not reported or discovered during initial inspection
  • Consequential damages arising from vehicle malfunction or repair delays
  • Loss of use, time, or income during repair period
  • Damage to aftermarket parts or modifications not installed by Bipazi
  • Theft or damage to personal property left in the vehicle

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment

Vehicles left at our facility for more than 30 days after completion notification without payment or collection arrangements may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to charge storage fees of £25 per day after the initial 7-day grace period. After 60 days, we may exercise our legal right to dispose of abandoned vehicles in accordance with local regulations.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to £50. If work has already commenced, you will be responsible for payment of labor and parts used up to the point of cancellation.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and record-keeping purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (such as parts suppliers or insurance companies).

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
