About Bipazi
Bipazi started in 2015 when three mechanics with 12 years of combined experience decided to open their own garage in North London. We saw too many workshops cutting corners, so we built a different kind of service centre. One where technicians actually diagnose problems instead of guessing, where customers receive honest advice, and where quality work comes standard.
Our workshop on Oakfield Road handles everything from routine maintenance to complex engine repairs. We work on all makes and models, using diagnostic equipment calibrated monthly and parts that meet manufacturer specifications.
What Drives Our Work
We fix vehicles properly because that's what we'd want for our own cars. Every repair follows the same process: thorough inspection, accurate diagnosis, transparent quote, quality repair, and final check. No shortcuts, no upselling unnecessary services.
Our team includes five certified technicians, two apprentices learning the trade, and a parts specialist who sources components from verified suppliers. We invest in training because automotive technology changes constantly. Last year alone, our staff completed 240 hours of technical courses covering hybrid systems, advanced diagnostics, and modern engine management.
How We Operate
Transparency matters. When you bring your vehicle in, we explain what we find in plain language. You receive a detailed quote before any work begins, with line items for parts and labour. If we discover additional issues during repair, we call you first.
We maintain relationships with parts suppliers across London and the South East, which means we can source components quickly without inflating prices. For common repairs, we keep frequently needed parts in stock. Our workshop operates Monday through Saturday, with early drop-off and late collection available by arrangement.
